Lauren Hince

Lauren Hince is the Director of External Affairs at Chicago Debates, leading corporate and community engagement initiatives to support the organization’s mission. Since joining as the Volunteer Manager in 2020, she has played a key role in expanding Chicago Debates’ network. Over the past four years, she has transitioned from building the volunteer base to managing strategic partnerships, including working closely with the Associate Board to advance fundraising and recruitment efforts. A former debater from Minnesota, Lauren understands firsthand the lifelong skills and community connections debate fosters. She is a 2023 member of the Young Nonprofit Professionals Network Leadership Institute and Terra.Do Climate Learning for Action fellow. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Politics from Ripon College. She is currently pursing her MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
